I’ve been corrupted…

I watched many playthroughs of Last of Us, and am playing it myself. Then I finally tackled season one of the Walking Dead game. Watching poor Clem at the end I said out loud “oh, babygirl.” I blame Naughty Dog and the best two girl characters ever.

The last of us logic.

That’s just Bill.

Another anon on FYtLoU said something about Ellie with her hair down, so here’s a quickie sketch. (Yes I know I need practice with drawing hair. :) )

Hm, about that vaccine…

So, to get the vaccine, apparently sacrificing one girl is worth it to some people. But how would you test the vaccine? You can’t test it on people who are infected already, and animals don’t appear to be susceptible to the fungus in the game. How would they test a vaccine? On more people! Okay, so you sacrifice Ellie and say, a few hundred more people. Weighing that against the chance to cure all mankind it seems acceptable, right? Unless it’s you or your friends/family - then it might not be so easy to accept, especially when you’ve been surviving in the post-outbreak hell the world has become. Some people might be willing, but if not, it would have to be done by force. How would you choose? How is all this morally superior to the choice that Joel made?

She says yes, she’s a whore. She says maybe, she’s a tease. She says no, she’s a prude bitch. In what scenario do women win?

That’s just it; patriarchy is designed so that we don’t.
